Do you want to take responsibility for problem solving, process and technical improvements in production to ensure and continuously improve daily operations? We need a committed and quality-conscious employee for a varied and challenging job in a production environment with a wide range of products and production facilities. The PositionAs a Process Supporter, you will be responsible for the daily operation of one of our facilities, including driving problem solving and process improvements in production. You will participate in projects with expert knowledge of the process in collaboration with your colleagues responsible for equipment. This is a fixed-term position of 1 year. The main tasks will be to: Ensure processes are in control and production plans are followed
Drive implementation and optimisation of new and current processes including process validation
Participate in the assessment of safety and risks related to our production processes
Ensure that procedures, instructions and standards are in accordance with cGMP and legislation
Participate in and/or facilitate systematic problem solving
You will collaborate with many different stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure high reliability and stability in our production. QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you have: A degree in a scientific field such as organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineering or similar
Experience with handling Change Controls, Deviations and Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) would be a bonus.
Ability to work independently and always seize an opportunity for personal and professional development
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements
Professional proficiency in Danish and English
About the departmentYou will be part of a Process Support team consisting of 15 dedicated and skilled employees with different academic backgrounds. The team supports all production facilities at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, which are all GMP regulated. In the team, we emphasise good cooperation and make sure that it is also fun to go to work.
