DTU Space is looking for a skilled technical assistant which can assist with GNSS surveying and data processing tasks related to research and public sector consultancy.
Assistant for research and consultancy tasks
The position is associated with the GNSS research group in the section of Geodesy and Earth Observation (GEO) at DTU Space.

Assistant for research and consultancy tasks
The position is associated with the GNSS research group in the section of Geodesy and Earth Observation (GEO) at DTU Space.
The primary responsibilities and tasks are to:
- Participate in research and development tasks within GNSS and Geodesy
- Analyze static and kinematic GNSS data from surveys in Denmark and Greenland
- Contribute to public sector consultancy
- Assist with writing of reports, research papers etc.
Our expectations of you
We expect that you have a master degree in either natural sciences or engineering. We also expect that you have a driver’s license.
The successful candidate would have:
- Experience within analysis of GNSS data and a fundamental understanding of GNSS error-sources
- Experience with surveying using GNSS
- Knowledge about geospatial data visualization systems such as GIS
- Experience with MATLAB or Python for data-processing and visualization
