We are currently partnering with a global prestigious pharmaceutical company looking to recruit a Key Account Manager within Cardiology (Endocrinology). The territory is Region Sjælland and Fyn.
As a KAM you will be responsible for generation and implementation of activities focusing on cardiologists working within Ischemic Heart Disease as well as Heart Failure. You will also be involved in activities bridging Cardiology-Endocrinology-Nephrology and General Practitioners. You already have strong relations within Cardiologists, and you are able to build and maintain partnerships.
You have a strong drive in Medical Science and know how to present and create awareness of the scientific results. Having said that, you are at the same time able to achieve sales targets and grow the business. You will have a lot of freedom to develop innovative activities in your territory to support not only HCPs and experts but ultimately, also patient’s life.
As a person you are a very collaborative minded and sharing person, willing to share information and involve team members.

Key responsibilities include:
- Communicate and exchange medical and scientific information with Cardiologists and staff members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships within Cardiology units at hospitals
- Train and educate relevant hospital staff
- Obtain, maintain and utilize exceptional product knowledge
- Apply the Customer Engagement Model to facilitate HCP’s decision-making process and adoption of product
- Define and execute the agreed Sales Action Plan
- Achieve, and preferably exceed, financial and non-financial targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in the field of Biology, Life Science or similar
- Agile mindset and ability to quickly turn data into insights and insights into actions
- Interest in digital sales tools and discovering new ways to make the best use of these tools ‘outside the box mindset’ with ability to engage customers in new digital platforms
- Experience in working in multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English and Danish both written and orally
- Willing to travel
