Do you have an interest in the mobile app industry and would you like to put your analytical skills to use while being part of this fast-growing industry?
At Appvestor we are a multinational team of tech and marketing experts in Copenhagen, doing what we know and love, helping app publishers grow their apps. Our origins are in the early days of app marketing, before the existence of Android and even the smartphone.
We use our experience and passion for this fast-paced and competitive industry to help app publishers grow their userbase and make their apps commercially successful.
To help us on our path we need one more Monetization Manager. You will be part of our Client Success Team, reporting to the VP of Client Success.
You will not have to act alone; you will have a great team to help you become successful in your new position.
The team monitors the performance of both our own apps and our external clients’ apps.

If you also have knowledge/understanding of ad networks and mobile app advertising, know advertising media metrics such as CPM’s, DAU, and impressions, and have an understanding of the Google Play Store and accompanying policies it will be a great asset, however, all of this can be learned.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for in-app ad monetization across Appvestor’s suite of mobile apps.
- Tracking and analyzing ad performance through a combination of mobile ad metrics and KPIs.
- Identifying opportunities for ad optimization and communicating recommendations to encourage revenue growth.
- Building and maintaining relationships with network & mediation partners, such as Google, Meta, and Applovin.
- Creating ad placements and setting CPM targets for key geographies based on existing mobile traffic.
- Working with User Acquisition to maximize performance across key apps and geographies.
- Working with Tech to troubleshoot performance issues tied to software.
Are you the right fit?
Your educational background is less important. We are looking for talented people who are eager to use all the knowledge gained through their career and use it in our team.
We will love it if you have:
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to analyze data to formulate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with a proven approach to problem-solving.
- An adaptability and eagerness to adjust to rapidly-changing business and industry practices.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Excel/Google Sheets is preferable.

- Fridays are different at Appvestor. One Friday per quarter is dedicated to communication, where we spend the entire day focusing on how to ensure smooth communication in the company. One Friday per month we are closed, to give you an extra day off and a prolonged weekend. This extra-long weekend is kicked off with a Thursday bar to round off the month. For the rest of the Fridays, we encourage employees to work from home.
- Besides this, you get 25 days throughout the year to take a well-earned rest. You will get an additional 3 days off around public holidays (In total 28 days on top of the 12 fixed Fridays off).
