Manufacturing & Global Procurement Blades Continuous Improvement
Vestas Blades Launch & Execution center (BLEC) is a function within the Blades Organisation within Vestas Manufacturing. The function is responsible for delivering our manufacturing production design, inducing special projects, development of process and tooling for the blades in Vestas.
In Continuous Improvement (CI), we are responsible for developing and implementing the Vestas Toolbox towards internal and external blade manufacturers. You will take part in developing and deploying continuous improvement activities towards new product projects as well as into our exiting toolbox.
You will be working in a multicultural organisation, where safety is 1st priority, which should be reflected in all what you do.

Manufacturing & Global Procurement Blades Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities
- Developing and deploying continuous improvement activities into new product projects
- Evaluate performance data, root cause analysis for final report out
- Direct , support, and mentor LEAN tool implementation
- Facilitate Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping events, including close follow up sessions, driving, and sustaining improvements
Qualifications
- Academic degree or a proven history in a similar position
- Either certification, certified experience, or education in continuous improvement disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience within LEAN/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement or similar position with a proven proven history of achievement
- Experience in handling small to medium projects in cross-functional and multicultural environment
Competencies
- You are a team-oriented person
- Structure mindset, with specific attention to details with systematic approach
- Innovative skills enabling interpretation of performance data, as well as presenting these
- You are skilled at communication in English, both written and spoken
