The Position This position is within the internal production environmental and covers among other areas microbiological and particle control strategy and monitoring in a new facility. This requires a candidate with a good innovative mindset and the ability to adapt. Your main job tasks will be: Supporting the environmental work package in the facility and support the senior specialist in various areas in setting up system and procedures. Whether you are familiar with processes or equipment we need you to help validate and develop the processes and training. Work with LEAN mindset, being innovative and open minded along the way. Incorporate Quality and Compliance throughout all your work processes and ensure that internal quality demands comply to Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Work with guidelines and procedures for cleaning, gowning, training regimes and risk assessment for the environmental setup. Participation in cross functional group for environmental monitoring across Novo Nordisk. You will be supported throughout the processes in the project and will be a part of a internal work group. Though the project is in Måløv, interaction with the FF Expansion project on other sites is needed. Qualifications To be considered for this position you have: An academic degree or similar acquired skills with significant experience within environmental monitoring, which you want to evolve. Solid understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Verbal and written communication skills in English, plus good presentation skills. Solid ability to share your knowledge and create followship. Responsibility for the environmental monitoring programme in the facility and support the senior specialists in setting up systems and procedures. As a person, you have a good overview and a structured way of working, and you possess the ability to constantly seeing opportunities rather than limitations. You should also be comfortable with working in an environment in constant change, and be able to optimize, create and implement new working practices. Moreover, it is important that you have excellent cooperation and communications skills. About the Department In Biotech & Rare Diseases (BDR) expansion project in Måløv, we are planning to expand our production facilities. The aim of this new expansion project is to build a completely new world class manufacturing facility, with cutting edge technology. This new facility aims to innovate our processes and to broaden our perspective. The department is currently a part of Fill finish expansion that has its base in Denmark. Our purpose is to build the new top of the line facilities in Novo Nordisk with 300 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all new Novo Nordisk production facilities. The department is under development and therefor you colleagues will gradually grow and there will be amble opportunity to evolve during this journey.
