The position
In this job you will be responsible for:
  • Strategic key deliveries , where you e.g., set directions and deliver results which have a significant impact within the business area. Provide advice, guidance, and support management with decisions – setting clear direction for NNPR Mgmt. Assist initiatives, ideas, projects, and improvements to support Health and Safety strategies. Comprehend the strategic level on HS management, including the prioritization and control of significant impacts. Plan and report on the Management Review on HS aspects. Develop draft of objectives and targets for HS.
  • Tactical implementation support , where you e.g., influence on the ability and opportunity for NNPR to reach the long-term goals on health and safety. Communicate progress and status via EHS report including critical analysis and report with relevant frequency.
  • Operational excellence, where you e.g., identify better practices, creating improvements of methods, techniques, approaches, etc. Support relevant knowledge sharing and best practices across NNPR or improvements of high innovation and complex projects. Act hands-on as HS subject matter expert for projects within New Product Entry (NPE), Product Steering Group (PSG), Investment Portfolio Group (IPG), and Facility Management (FM)
  • Business Partnering , where you drive governance and HS network and through this coordinate the HS initiatives, incl. drive well-being initiatives in collaboration with HR (P&O). Continuous communicate across NNPR with focus on feedback, training, performance, deliveries, and coaching.
  • Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
  • At least 5 years’ experience with HS work ideally from pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical production or laboratory environment
  • A relevant academic degree (master’s degree).
  • Fluency in oral and written Danish and English.
  • A documented focus on chemical/hazardous materials safety including enzymes safety management and HS in Contract Manufacturing.
  • Strong foundation in the occupational work environment area, as well as experience with legislative requirements, ISO 45001 standard, and QEHS audits/inspections
  • Ability to negotiate the right HS solutions while balancing HS response with other business needs, and interest in both strategic and hands-on tasks.

About the department You will be a part of the Environment, Health & Safety department at NNPR with two teams: Environment team, Health & Safety team, and profession managers within project portfolio and Sustainability. We are 17 highly engaged professionals, technicians, administrative and a student assistant. Narrowed down to the Health & Safety team, we are 8 employees with you.
