As a QA Specialist, you will set the direction for quality in our area, ensuring highest quality for patients in a changing and challenging environment. Key responsibilities for this role will be to:
• support your QA colleagues in knowing how to handle major quality issues
• contribute with expertise in larger and complex cases which requires a thorough process knowledge
• be a go-to person for your QA colleagues in terms of alignment and setting direction to ensure right quality level and mindset Additionally, there are opportunities to take the lead for different improvement projects across the department and to be QA representative in cross functional project teams. Qualifications
We seek a colleague who fits our organisation both professionally and personally, a proactive individual who can see challenges and solutions from a holistic view to create the best solutions for Emerging Technologies and across. You have a passion for quality and are recognized as a subject matter expert within compliance and quality assurance in pharmaceutical industry and use with ability your stakeholder interaction experience, in order to manage multiple interests and changing objectives. To succeed in this role, you: • hold a MSc in Pharmacy, veterinarian or similar
• have solid experience within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with QA and/or production
• Are fluent in English and at least understand Danish Experience within production of solid dosage forms will be considered an advantage for this position. As a person you are open minded with high level of energy, an outgoing attitude and have very strong communication and collaboration skills with both your colleagues in QA, line of business and site management. Still, you have a scientific, systematic, and logic-driven approach.
About the department
Emerging Technologies QA is a department which employ approximately 90 skilled and motivated colleagues. We work with assuring quality and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development as well the release of tablets for the market.
