As Associate Manager for the Cleaning & EM Support team in tablet production, you will head a team of approximately 12 dedicated employees with broad professional experience. The team consists of academics who deal with maintaining the validated state of our equipment used for washing, ensuring cleaning procedures are adequate, optimizing and upscaling cleaning and washing methods to meet the department's growing demands in a timely manner and robust equipment performance. Furthermore, the team is responsible for environmental monitoring. Your role will be to set the direction and ensure a high professional structure and standard in close collaboration with the team. The focus is ensuring robust procedures by eliminating potential deviations with effective solutions in close collaboration with other support teams and operating teams in the department. As Associate Manager, you are visible and present to your employees, working closely with your team to raise the professional level and ensure a high level of commitment through sparring, coaching, and process confirmation. Together, you create a culture that supports continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, and independence among employees. You will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally by testing your management skills in a factory with significant business importance, high complexity, frequent changes, and a fast pace. Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have: • Experience in validations, equipment performance and/or process support.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in regulated industries.
• A natural interest in production, process optimization, and LEAN principles.
• Have excellent communication skills in Danish and English. It will be advantageous if you also have knowledge of supporting a production department. As a leader, you are motivated by creating community and commitment, and you are authentic in your leadership style. You are trustworthy and clear in your communication, able to implement your decisions effectively. Finally, you thrive in an environment of ongoing change and shifting priorities, with experience in fostering high team commitment and collaborative environments both internally and across the organization. You have an eye for both details and the big picture, capable of working on short-term problem solutions and long-term organizational development. About the Department
OFP is organizationally placed in Product Supply, which globally addresses 14,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 43,000 employees. In OFP, we are more than 1200 dedicated employees in Maaloev, and the area is still growing. The Bulk F1 department will consist of 330 employees by the end of the year, divided into two sub-departments led by senior managers who will be your direct supervisors. We have many ambitions for the future and are working hard to continuously deliver our new oral medication for people with type 2 diabetes.
