The Position As an Associate Manager for one of our Operator teams, you will lead one of our engaged and ambitious team which is running the Blending and Granulation process in F1 Bulk in Måløv. Your main tasks will be: - Ensure stable operations resulting in minimal stops and continuously high quality at the line to supply patients worldwide - Support employees in their daily operations and continuous process optimizations - Set direction, motivate, and develop employees to keep them highly engaged - Monitor continuous improvements of team processes through structured use of LEAN tools - Be present on shopfloor with employees working in shifts As a manager, you are open, loyal, and honest, and you enjoy creating results and stable production through great planning and collaboration. You manage to set clear expectations and tangible goals and communicate them clearly, ensuring that everyone knows how to be successful. Moreover, you will have an opportunity for strong professional, personal, and managerial development through the job. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: - Preferably 2 years of managerial experience within GMP production - Understanding of GMP and LEAN knowledge is an advantage - It is considered an advantage to have a broad and well-proven leadership toolbox, knowledge, and experience with quality management - Preferably proven experience with systematic problem-solving and LEAN - You have a strong people leadership track record - You are fluent in both English and DanishAs a leader, you demonstrate inclusive leadership, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering collaboration across business functions. You possess strong communication skills and can build professional relationships effectively. Your strategic, innovative, and analytical mindset allows you to understand what it takes to lead people, being flexible to support both production and employees optimally. You excel in implementing simple, effective systems and processes and understand the importance of involvement in achieving ownership and empowerment. About the department OFP is organizationally placed in Product Supply, which globally address 14,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 43,000 employees. In OFP we are more than 1200 dedicated employees in Måløv and the area is still growing. The department Bulk F1 will by the end of the year consist of 330 employees, divided into two sub-departments led by senior managers which will be your direct manager.
