As a Finance Controller at MSAT&QC, you will have the following responsibilities: Ensure effective controlling and financial management of the area. Set-up and manage financial planning processes such as Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimates (RE) in partnership with relevant stakeholders. Do financial analyses, reporting, and presentations. Support the monthly closing process and ensure high-quality accounting practices. Follow-up and ensure transparency in the organization's performance against targets. The position is anchored in our Business Support department, which drives all business functions across our area, supporting 300 employees in 8 departments. You will be working closely with our central Business Development area to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of our controlling and finance processes. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: Academic degree within finance, accounting, or business administration with a solid understanding of accounting and finance. 2-4 years of relevant work experience within financial planning and analysis, business controlling, or other finance disciplines. Demonstrate adept stakeholder management and communication skills. Solid experience working with the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel) and ERP systems (preferably SAP) and preferably also Power BI, Tableau or similar. Fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal). As a person, you are proactive, self-driven and structured. You have a can-do attitude and bring positive energy. Your structured approach allows you to maintain a broad overview while paying attention to detail and you are data-driven and have an analytical mind-set. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential since you will work across a broad stakeholder landscape as trusted business partner. About the Department
You will be joining the CVP area Manufacturing Science and Technology & Quality Control (ET DP MSAT & QC), which has process and product responsibility for existing and future oral drug products post-approval, as well as performing all analyses on products after method transfer. We work across the Emerging Technology (ET) organization to improve productivity of ET production and analytical processes, with employees based in Denmark, Ireland and USA.
