In this role, you can expect varying tasks where you will contribute to continuous stable operation and quality in the packaging of our future tablets. This includes practical work in facility as well as documentary work with input and sparring due to your cross functional role between production, the support team, maintenance and other departments. Your main responsibilities will be to: ensure that current equipment cleaning is compliant with authorities contribute with data handling manage data analysis, deviations, trend reports, cleaning validation, verification and procedures define and review cleaning processes and develop training material set the direction for environmental cleaning and equipment cleaning of our new facilities two new packaging lines Furthermore, you will also be part of implementation of new equipment across facilities in Emerging Technologies, where you have the responsibility to come up with proactive inputs and decisions regarding cleaning and environment. You will also play a central role in assessing potential new initiatives, as well as communicating and implementing improvements. Qualifications
As a Cleaning and Environmental Professional, you will have a great opportunity to come up with improvement proposals in relation to processes and contribute to the start-up of new production facilities and many of your skills will come into play in this job. To succeed in this, you: Hold an academic degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical process engineering, or similar Have relevant experience related to cleaning and environmental processes in the pharmaceutical or similar industry Have a solid scientific background and LEAN methods come natural to you Have GMP knowledge and flair for documenting in compliance with rules and guidelines Have full professional English and Danish proficiency On a personal level, you have an analytical approach in terms of your tasks, being thorough and figuring out the best solution showing adaptability and you take responsibility of your tasks by being initiative, flexible and self-dependent. Good communication skills and sense of humour will enable you to have a strong cooperation with stakeholders across the organization. About the department
As part of Oral Product Development our department is responsible for Primary Pack that ensures delivery of GLP-tablets to clinical studies. The department is newly formed and consists of four teams and approx. 60 employees. The team, that you will be part of, is responsible for projects, equipment and cleaning, including qualification of equipment and pilot production in a GMP environment. Working at Novo Nordisk
