Come join the finance team working for our Danish Business Line with both Danish and international customers. Business Line Denmark finance team is part of COWI Group Finance where you become part of an international team of +250 professionals who are ensuring the financial backbone of the COWI Group. As part of Business Line Denmark finance team, you will support stakeholders, enable decision-making, and create the agility that will strengthen COWI's competitive edge.
In Business Line Denmark finance you will be part of a highly skilled team with a solid link to the business. Our focus is on providing analysis and insights to the business.COWI is a project driven business, but in COWI Finance we also work with business analysis on department, business line or COWI group level.
A POSITION THAT WILL STRENGTHEN YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
In this position, you will report to the head of section and work closely with the business unit managers in our business unit "Buildings, DK" as well as other colleagues in the finance department.
We are looking for an experienced business partner and a professional analyst to support the business management with analysis, reporting, forecasting- and budget processes. As a business partner, you will play an important role in conducting and bringing about a more analytical approach to our data and numbers and you will be required to facilitate a holistic view to value steering and value creation in the line of business. Your focus will be on the Buildings business unit in Denmark but you need to be able to work across the team and support all our four business units in Business Line Denmark.
We seek a highly motivated person that attempts to direct, challenge conventions, and has the potential to become a future finance leader in COWI. You need to be able to quickly establish good relations with senior leaders, be curious about the business behind the numbers, and have solid analytical skills as well as a holistic approach to understanding and communicating.

To do well in this position, you should:
- Hold a master’s degree in business administration or economics
- Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience from a business finance or business controlling department, preferably from a large company
- Be able to identify and establish a relevant and broad network in an organization and are experienced with partnering
- Be motivated and appreciate working on multiple tasks at a time
- Have solid analytical skills and understand how to divide problems into relevant parts, securing quality in the details while keeping the overview of your deliverables
- Be an effective communicator, have a desire for a ever-growing learning curve and thrive on working with limited to no supervision in new areas
