In the role of Investment Partner, you will collaborate with the line of business in DPP&ET to translate capacity expansion plans from concepts into reality, delivering tangible impact for the business. Your primary focus will involve partnering with two areas in the US, one of which is newly acquired. The role also encompasses responsibilities and tasks across all DPP&ET investment areas, consisting of both periodic and ad hoc tasks. As Investment Partner, you will have the following responsibilities: Driving the investment budget and reporting processes with a focus on cost, resource allocation and budget accuracy Acting as a trusted business partner and single point of entry for the supported areas Collaborating closely with ambitious and talented stakeholders with both financial and non-financial backgrounds Initiating and managing optimisation projects and tools to enhance investment discipline across all DPP&ET The position is in Taastrup. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you: Hold a Master’s degree within Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline Serve as a trusted business partner, demonstrating strong stakeholder management and networking skills Exhibit a process-oriented mindset, displaying interest in mapping, streamlining, and optimising processes Possess solid experience with the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel, along with ERP systems, preferably SAP Showcase proficiency in both written and verbal English, along with good communication and presentation skills It would be considered an advantage if you possess prior project partnering experience As a person, you embody a proactive and high-performing approach, continually striving to learn and achieve ambitious goals. Your structured and analytical mindset enables you to maintain an overview, while your self-motivating nature propels you forward. You exhibit timely and thorough attention to detail, complemented by strong networking, interpersonal, and follow-up skills that contribute to task success. With a ‘can do’ mindset, you demonstrate courage and do not shy away from improving processes, recognizing opportunities for optimisations. Additionally, you drive tasks and projects forward independently and thrive in a flexible, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.

You will report to the Head of Finance and be a part of the Investment track, focusing on developing and driving financial management within investments.
