As the Director of Department, you will lead a resilient and experienced team consisting of 6-8 direct reports, while overseeing a larger team of 100+ individuals. Your role will involve ensuring product quality and GMP compliance within the department, as well as strategizing, implementing, and enhancing packaging plans to drive operational efficiency and productivity. The focus will be split on strategy, daily business and culture. Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing guidance to team leaders and staff, fostering a high performance, culture and ensuring efficient resource management to enable resilient and flexible teams.
Overseeing product quality and GMP compliance within the department.
Developing department strategies, setting goals, and ensuring alignment with OFP Production ambitions.
Emphasizing cLEAN leadership and prioritizing Health & Safety which will be integral to our approach and our success.
Building stakeholder relations and guiding stakeholder management for key customers. Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Holding a Master of Science in life sciences, pharmaceutical, engineering or similar. Having at least 5 years of relevant experience as a people manager within the pharmaceutical industry. Possessing in-depth knowledge of regulatory and quality standards related to cGMP and medical production. Being proficient in English both written and spoken. As an individual, you possess strong communication skills and demonstrate responsibility, with the ability to work independently. While you are ambitious, results-oriented, and committed with a high level of motivation, you are also capable of engaging people. About the department ET Finished Product is responsible for production activities in a manufacturing environment, optimising resource use, minimising costs, and maintaining quality standards. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the efficient and effective packaging of products, monitoring and adjusting equipment to maintain quality and maximise efficiency.
