Customer Access Coordinator
Are you our new tech-savvy Customer Access Coordinator that can support our digital journey in Novo Nordisk Denmark?
Are you passionate about digital marketing, online communication and virtual meeting management? Are you service-minded and do you find it easy to collaborate cross-functionally? Then we’d like to hear from you.
The position
As our Customer Access Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Access Team in the Commercial Excellence Business Unit, located in Ørestad, Copenhagen.
You will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day administration of digital communication platforms and web-analytics
- Driving and executing logistic project plans for virtual and face to face events
- Administrative support to the internal process for approval of promotional material and online content, incl. updates, reprints, archiving and maintenance
- Keeping Web shop inventory and re-ordering service materials
Qualifications
At least bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience from the pharma industry will be a great advantage. You must be fluent (both verbally and in writing) in Danish and English.
Additionally, you should have:
- Strong administrative and project management skills, which enables you to drive creative and complex processes and coordinate between multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement capabilities
- A high drive and willingness to go the extra mile, learning new skills and getting things done
As a person you are positive, outgoing, and a team player with a self-starter and can-do attitude. You are tech-savvy with a creative mind-set, yet you are very structured and pay great attention to detail. You have a high level of accountability in every activity, always ensuring alignment with business ethics and compliance to rules and legislation. With your service-minded approach, you thrive in an executing role where you must keep your eye on the ball to deliver high-quality results within deadline.
About the department
Commercial Excellence consists of 9 competent colleagues with different backgrounds working cross-functionally in a high paced and dynamic environment in the Danish Affiliate. You will team up with 2 coordinators and 3 students in the Customer Access Team to provide high quality support across internal Business Units and to external Health Care Professionals
