The Position
As our new Market Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for driving market insights and competitor analysis for our Region to enable management to have an optimal basis for decisions, thereby acting as a solution-oriented business enabler focused on driving top-line growth. As part of your key responsibilities:
In addition to this, you bring with you an innovation mindset and focus on continuously improving and developing market analysis tools, e.g. in the area of forward-looking analytics or automation, by combining new data sets and always have focus on what information could benefit the business.
Critically, you will act as the business partner to the regional commercial and market access functions for our diabetes portfolio, supporting them in business cases with data analysis, and being a sparring partner in strategic discussions as well as their key point of entry during financial and strategic processes. You will also be a partner to all affiliate diabetes and BI teams, managing the data and insights landscape while driving knowledge/best practice sharing.
Lastly, you will have the responsibility to organize a sustainable GBS (shared services) setup, leveraging resources to ensure pipeline optimization projects.
Qualifications
As a successful candidate you hold a Master Degree in Business Management, Economics or science. Further:

You are team oriented and enjoy sharing your knowledge with junior colleagues and insights with stakeholders through strong communication and presentation skills. The Position
As our new Market Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for driving market insights and competitor analysis for our Region to enable management to have an optimal basis for decisions, thereby acting as a solution-oriented business enabler focused on driving top-line growth. As part of your key responsibilities:
- You will own the regional market data and set the agenda for how to leverage it best. This means taking the lead in providing high-quality market analysis reporting as well as effective management of all key sources of market information.
- You will ensure key market opportunities and challenges are brought to management attention through fact-based recommendations and that the organisation is well informed on market trends through analysis on key Novo Nordisk products.
- You will also ensure the most recent market information is captured in our forecasts.
- You will be responsible for understanding performance within the region with specific focus on our diabetes portfolio to unlock business opportunities by leveraging data to generate insights and drive action within the region’s leadership and markets. This will be done by ensuring key market opportunities and challenges are brought to management attention through fact-based recommendations and that the organisation is well informed on market trends and competitor updates through analysis, data purchases, market research and being up to date on market/competitor developments.
- You will also secure most recent market information is captured in business cases as well as mid and long-term forecasts and work to improve accuracy. You will always be on top of the market outlook for our diabetes portfolio for the year and have scenarios ready if it changes.
In addition to this, you bring with you an innovation mindset and focus on continuously improving and developing market analysis tools, e.g. in the area of forward-looking analytics or automation, by combining new data sets and always have focus on what information could benefit the business.

Qualifications
As a successful candidate you hold a Master Degree in Business Management, Economics or science. Further:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in data analytics and insights generation either from a similar market analysis position or from an analytics or finance role.
- A base of solid business understanding coupled with a commercial mindset.
- Experience from a local business unit as well as with sales and our product portfolio is considered an additional strength.
- Strong English language proficiency.
