Then we have the perfect position for you!We are looking for an HR Director to join the Novo Nordisk Denmark/Iceland Affiliate, where you will be part of the Management Team and lead your focused team of HR business partners.About the DepartmentThe job as an HR Director in the Danish/Icelandic affiliate, based in Ørestad, Copenhagen. We are more than 120 employees across Sales, marketing, clinical, medical, market access, public affairs, business development, and other functions. You will report directly to the General Manager of Novo Nordisk Denmark/Iceland and be part of the affiliate management team. Furthermore, you will be a member of the HR leadership team of Region Northwest Europe which consists of seven countries: Denmark, Sweden, the UK, Spain, France, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Through this group, you will share ideas and participate in various HR projects.The PositionAs HR director you will act as member of the affiliate management team having active role in driving local operations. Your main responsibilities will be to take an active partnership role in discussions with managers on organisational and development needs as well as drive and execute strategic and operational HR processes and activities across functions. Furthermore, You will drive key change projects for the organization, just like you will be responsible for ensuring that line management is kept up to date and informed about relevant HR laws, processes and policies. You will also contribute actively to people development and together with Talent acquisition ensure efficient recruitment processes.You will also serve as an employee partner ensuring an effective HR service to the employees and developing internal communication channels and content. You will assist on matters impacting our employees’ performance and employment as well as running cyclic HR processes, e.g., compensation processes, organisational reviews, performance management.Other key responsibilities include Labour law advisor - ensuring compliance with national legislation and company policies. In cooperation with our global shared services functions you will also be responsible for the quality and maintenance of HR data in our systems (SAP HR and SuccessFactors). You will drive the local compensation process and ensure that people policies are competitive in the national market. You will be liaising with external providers as appropriate.QualificationsYou hold a relevant academic degree and minimum 5 years of professional experience working with HR partnering. You are proactive, business minded, and you thrive to initiate and drive projects that will positively impact our business. You can work under tight deadlines and have good coordination and time management skills. You are proactive and good at multitasking and maintaining overview. It is an advantage if you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry.Other key personal qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are service-minded, have a high level of energy and the ability to stay focused when working under pressure.
