The Position As Digital, Data and IT (DD&IT) Manager, you will be a trusted consulting partner to the commercial organisation in the Danish affiliate, making sure that the business objectives are supported by good digital solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that deployment of technology is aligned with company objectives and that any local solutions are considered for international scaling . Additionally, your main responsibilities will be: To manage and facilitate user adoption of the commercial IT ecosystem, Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, and digital products. Ensuring that user adoption meets the business expectations. To stay continuously on top of the business’ needs and act and prioritise accordingly by bringing together company IT capabilities to create sustainable and scalable solutions. Identify opportunities for improving customer journeys by seeking solutions supported by the use of technology. To be the affiliate owner of DD&IT projects and ambassador for the North West Europe DD&IT strategy, whereupon you will locally own DD&IT projects to provide solutions and/or improve business processes, aligned with local businesses and ensuring appropriate local governance of projects. To navigate effortlessly in a complex stakeholder landscape, being able to merge DD&IT strategy into the commercial strategy. Be a proactive business partner to the commercial functions to find ways to improve the customer experiences using technology as well as helping line of business with finding innovative ways to engage with customers. To contribute to vision of being the best in the global pharmaceutical industry, driving operational efficiencies, understanding industrial best practise, and orchestrating the implementation of good meaningful processes. Qualifications This is a great opportunity to support the implementation of a future frontline customer engagement framework using technology and commercial IT systems and processes. You should have a strategic mindset and a keen interest in business insights to successfully drive complex projects. Additionally, to be successful in this position, you should: Hold an Advanced University Degree (preferably MD, MBA), in Business/Computer Science or other relevant discipline. Have a minimum of 3-5 years of Digital consultancy related experience. Have 2-3 years of project management related experience. Previous experience in partnering functions will also be required. Have strong functional and people skills, including the ability to build relationships and trust, as well as to obtain commitment from both internal stakeholders and across cultures and functions. Be fluent in English, both in a written and spoken form. It will be key for you to be an energetic, and proactive partner to the commercial organisation in the pursuit for innovative solutions and new ways of working with customers and patients. About the Department The DD&IT role is part of the Finance and Operations department in Novo Nordisk Denmark. The Finance and Operations department is supporting the Danish sales affiliate by creating the best framework for driving business. The department consists of an international and diverse group of highly dedicated professionals. The team is characterised by a lot of energy, collaboration, and trust.
