Then seize this opportunity and apply to join the Business Finance & Analytics team in our North-West-European (NWE) Regional office. The position As a (Senior) Business Finance Manager your primary responsibility will be to drive financial planning and analysis for the Region, by identifying actionable insights and owning selected finance processes with the ultimate scope to ensure well-managed top-line growth and sound financial management. You will ensure that business performance is continuously correctly recorded/ monitored and needed mitigations to reallocate products, manage the sales and OP obligations are proactively brought to management decision. Throughout your tasks, you will demonstrate focus on understanding the business, creating value and ensuring financial accuracy. As part of your key responsibilities, you will act as a trustworthy business partner to our Insulin business unit as well as to selected countries in the Region. This mean being their key point of entry during financial and strategic processes as well as developing a specific understanding of what is happening business wise, support them with business cases and data analysis as an optimal base for decision-making and sparring. In addition to this you will have the responsibility to drive ad hoc projects on e.g. improved resource allocation, digitalisation of our insights or generating stronger insights supporting ongoing product allocation decisions. You will work in a multi-faceted stakeholder environment requiring strong collaboration and communication skills. Qualifications As a successful candidate you hold a Master Degree in Finance, Business Management or Economics. Further:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Good cross-sectional knowledge of Sales, finance, marketing, business development and market access.
  • Strong finance analytical skills either from finance or business analyst role.
  • Advance Excel/PowerPoint and general IT skills, Power BI skills are an advantage
  • Experience from affiliate is considered an additional strength
  • Strong English language proficiency
    • As a person, you need to have really strong analytical skills- qualitative and quantitative- as well as a “get things done” attitude both via formal and informal channels demonstrated by a track record of successful business results. You are team oriented and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders through strong communication and presentation skills.
