They are now looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who embraces the combination of form and function.
Data-driven Conversion Rate Expert
As a Conversation Rate Optimization Specialist you will work data-driven and focus on evaluating and craft conversion-centric, digital strategies & experiences to help improve the metrics that matter most to Rockay.
You will be working together with the Creative director, Graphic Designer, Copywriter and PPC manager to deliver improvements to website experience and ultimately improving ROI.
Some of the specific work tasks in the position are, but not limited to:
Experienced in testing and creative at heart
To succeed in this position, it is important to have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B testing, website analytics and the UX conversion strategies & tactics.
You have mminimum of 3 years’ experience in a website testing and/or UX focused role where you have been testing platforms such as convert.com, Optimizely, Adobe Target or etc.). Furthermore, it is important to have a strong proficiency in digital marketing & effective website design.
As a person you are creative at heart! You are always finding new ways to solve problems and deliver meaningful work. And you are driven! You are always working to get better results – as Jeff Bezos famously said: “It is always day 1”.

As a Conversation Rate Optimization Specialist you will work data-driven and focus on evaluating and craft conversion-centric, digital strategies & experiences to help improve the metrics that matter most to Rockay.

- Setup ongoing conversion experiments to help deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements.
- Collaborate closely with teams responsible for PPC, e-mail, social media, in order to continuously optimize each conversion path.
- Optimize marketing’s conversion paths.
- Conduct UX research through both qualitative and quantitative methods. Continue to look at what makes their user experience better.
- Apply knowledge of web analytics, user segments and audiences as they relate to the optimization process.
