We are looking for a People & Culture business partner ready to share and grow
In the position, you will join People & Communications in BEC, which in total counts for 47 highly skilled employees with expert knowledge and capabilities within the HR and communication areas required in an international FinTech company. You will be based at our HQ in Roskilde and be part of a team of 4 P&C business partners.

As per May, 2021, we launched a revised strategy with a strong people vision to grow and lead finance and tech talents in Denmark and Poland. We are looking for a P&C business partner who can develop and support leaders, employees, and teams in BEC's transformation.

Leadership behavior is key to the development of our organization and our people's growth mindset which is why everything we do is based on BEC’s leadership foundation.

As a P&C business partner in BEC, you will be partnering in several business areas. Your understanding of the business strategy fosters ongoing people and organizational development in your area. You will be leading change efforts, and your job will also take the lead for implementation of leadership assessment in your area, people analysis, feedback competencies, and execution of development plans. You will play an essential role in developing strategic international talent plans aligned with our strategy, starting with identifying people's strengths and needs.

Primary task and responsibilities
In the position as P&C business partner you will work closely with your colleagues in People & Communications and the management team in the business areas you are responsible for.

Your tasks and responsibilities will among others include:

  • To translate business strategies into people and organizational priorities and lead the discussion of these priorities in your area to achieve the BEC’s strategic goals
  • To identify obstacles for the strategy execution by identifying gaps in people's competencies, knowledge, behavior, etc.
  • To assess, interpret and present findings on organizational effectiveness, and you implement effective solutions on an ongoing basis
  • To develop and understand people data, you translate data insights into leadership actions, and you provide recommendations about organizational development
  • To identify competency and behavioral needs for succeeding with our strategy and create people plans in your responsible area
  • To direct the implementation of and adaptation to new capabilities, organizational structures, cultural changes, or behavioral design
  • To evaluate obstacles for change to foster change adoption and develop change management strategies and training materials
  • To assess and interpret leadership effectiveness and performance data and provide insights based on findings
  • To identify where changes are needed and contribute to the development of interventions to constantly improve leadership and team performance
  • To facilitate leadership capability planning to grow and transform leaders and teams

You are known for your integrity, situational awareness, and clear communication that strengthen your ability to create relationships and facilitate organizational development processes. You are motivated by understanding and adapting tasks to business goals and challenges, and you are energized by working days with varied and unpredictable tasks bringing your structure, flexibility, and commitment to the table.

Furthermore, we would like you to:

  • Have a degree at master’s or HD level, preferably in organization, management, or HRM
  • Have experience from a business-driven business partner role and have been successful in developing people and organizations
  • Are used to advising and supporting leaders and employees, both with individual sparring and team facilitation
  • Have knowledge of organizational development theory. This includes knowledge of organizational behavior, organizational capabilities, change management, workforce planning and succession planning procedures


It is an advantage if you have experience with the agile working methods, as well as experience from an organization with high business complexity. It is a plus if you are familiar with ADKAR.

With colleagues in teams distributed across Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both in writing and orally.
