SKOV is looking for a Internal Dynamics 365 CE consultant - and for the right person, it is a perfect time to get on board and influence the development.
What is the job about?
You will join a team of 8 skilled, competent and supportive colleagues in a busy IT department. The team is motivated by success and driven by adding value to the business. Your role will be to contribute with business development, operation and support on a Microsoft Dynamics platform, where we will work with Field service, Planning service, CRM and probably a new customer portal and development of IoT services in the coming years. A key area will also be to provide a standardized platform for integration between our customer-oriented systems and SAP used in Operations. The IT infrastructure for these integration services is based on Microsoft Azure API services.
Besides taking on the responsibility of supporting, operating and developing our Microsoft suite and other conjoining systems in cooperation with the rest of the team, your responsibilities will be:

- Daily operation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Supporting a global service organization using Field Service mobile apps
- Operation, management and governance of Microsoft Azure API services.
- General IT maintenance, with upgrades, optimizations and automation of our Microsoft environment
- Participation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and improvement projects, together with external consultants, in order to improve current business processes.

To become a success, we expect you to be:
- Passionate about communicating the possibilities for more productivity and value with Dynamics CRM, Azure API services and Microsoft 365. You must be able to understand both the technical aspect as well as the dissemination of the potentials.
- Structured in your work, possess project management skills and the ability to work with the team and SKOV colleagues to get things done and deliver on agreed time.
- Relevant IT education and IT certifications.
- You speak and write Danish and English effortlessly.
