About the graduate program
In our graduate program, we offer you a fast-track opportunity to become one of the forerunners within our industry and hereby impact our future business in order to ensure clean water and energy. We are on a massive growth journey and through this program you will be given the opportunity to leave your footprint on our future business. The program has a duration of two years and through four tailor made rotations you will gain a unique cross-functional understanding of our business with the intend of assuming a key position at the end of the program. At the end of each rotation, we will conduct a 360-degree evaluation to ensure your professional and personal development and that your expectations are met.
In this dedicated program we will invest heavily in your development though ongoing support, education and mentoring by some of the brightest minds in the industry, who are eager to assist you and see you advance in your career. You will be working with real projects, providing real value in a global setting where your voice and expertise matters.
Become our DevSecOps Graduate
In the role as our DevSecOps Graduate you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of how we work with software from development to operations on a global scale. You will be involved in complex software projects and your rotations will be centred around the entire value chain of software – from software development to hosting and operation of the software. In the end, we expect that you will possess key insights within software development, thereby building yourself a unique professional foundation. You will develop and expand the platforms that support our agile development teams – from tooling and process support to expansion of the DevSecOps culture.
In order to become a success, you will start the program in our Software Development team, where you will gain the full overview of our software development processes, and thereby contribute to the development of next generation software solutions for Water and District Heating. Afterwards the other rotations will introduce you to the rest of the relevant positions, which will aim at providing you with the full overview and capabilities needed in becoming our next talent within DevSecOps.
More specifically your four rotations will take place within:
- Software Development
- Service Hosting
- Platform and Technology
- Product Ownership or Security
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious, independent, and confident DevSecOps Graduate with an ambitious mindset who can help shape our future and contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree within Software Engineering, Cand.Merc.IT or similar. The most important thing is that you have a technical background and curiosity as well as a profound interest for the field between development and operations. It is a bonus if you have participated in case competitions with good results, had a semester or an internship abroad, or have other relevant experience.
As a person, you are motivated, driven, and want to kickstart your career in a growth-oriented organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and your structured method ensures that you achieve results of high quality within the deadline. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo in a dynamic workplace where no two days are alike. Furthermore, you have flair for communication and collaboration which allow you to interact with people of different backgrounds to establish trust and ensure progress.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be considered an advantage.
