We are looking for a Management Assistant to support the members of our management team, including our President of our Hearing Instruments Group. In addition, you will be responsible for different administrative tasks within the Strategy & Project Management office.

As our new colleague, you will join a team of highly dedicated colleagues, who support the Hearing Aid Group. We are a great team characterized by high ambitions and a fun and informal atmosphere. You will report to the Senior Project Director, Strategy & Project Management office.
We are responsible for a wide array of tasks pertaining to strategy process facilitation, communication, processes and governance and cross functional project management and oversight. You can look forward to filling a busy, exciting and rewarding position that includes the following tasks:
TO SUCCEED IN THE POSITION
To succeed in the position, you must have 3 – 5 years of experience, a relevant educational background, e.g. bachelor’s degree combined with experience from a similar position.
As a person, you can initiate your own tasks and projects and you are is always one step ahead in planning. On top of that, you deliver high-quality work. You have a positive attitude, which enables you to handle multiple priorities at a time.
Moreover, you adjust well to shifting demands. You have a natural ability for being organized and structured. You have significant IT skills and are fluent in Danish and English – both in writing and orally. Finally, we value team spirit and expect you to make an effort to ensure that execution is done seamlessly.

- Support the completion of tasks related to the President of HIG, our Strategy and Program Management office and our SVP’s
- Manage calendars, including the executive’s annual recurrent schedule
- Handle travel arrangements, including visa applications, completing expense reports etc.
- Prepare meeting materials
- Organize meetings and events, including logistics
- Prepare communication to external and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate minor projects, e.g. onboarding new colleagues, celebrations etc.
- You will be the glue between the Executive Management, the organization and our stakeholders in general
