Then we have the perfect opportunity for you as Senior Campaign Manager to build the Oticon brand and business forward by developing impactful campaign strategies and cross-channel campaign packages to markets worldwide.
You will be part of
The Oticon Brand Management team who contributes to the Oticon strategy by delivering a solid Oticon brand platform and compelling campaigns that enables and supports sale of the Oticon hearing aid portfolio, globally.
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring half-year product campaigns and product launches in accordance with the product roadmap. You will work within the go-to-market process and be responsible for delivering go-to-market toolboxes designed to support market successfully launch. We operate in both the B2B and B2C segments, always with an audiological angle in mind and BrainHearing™.

We imagine that you bring a relevant educational background on master’s level and extensive experience from strategic marketing and campaign development in an international environment focusing on B2B. Either from a larger international organization or an agency, where you have learned how to deliver on initiatives and projects, developed a broad strategic marketing skill set - and the capabilities to execute on it.
We will also look for the right candidate to possess a strong project management toolbox and the ability to build professional relationships and approach your stakeholders with openness and curiosity.
As a person, you are determined and ready to take your own decisions and you are prepared to take full ownership of your tasks. You have acquired a solid communication toolbox along the way which enables you to maneuver on all levels in the organization.
Our company language is English and you can expect about 10 business travel days per year.

- Scope campaign and activities according to the strategy and desired positioning
- Support integrated marketing (customer journey) and communications across a variety of channels
- Collaborate across teams and key markets to develop key messages for campaigns, activities, and content syndication including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client testimonials.
- Guide the planning and implementation of campaigns with our internal marketing agency
- Measure the effectiveness of initiatives and reporting on results while identifying areas of improvement
- Ensure that marketing and communication efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Act as a brand champion internally and ensure full compliance with our brand guidelines
- Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies
