Be part of strategic brand management
Be an essential part of the Oticon strategic brand management team and become a key contributor to the overall brand development and deliver world-class marketing and brand experiences to differentiate ourselves from competition, increase brand awareness and strengthen our brand position.
In the strategic brand management team, you will own the brand development content plan, set the direction and be responsible for scoping and implementation of the brand activities, and engage with relevant stakeholders across the business to deliver industry-leading brand communication.

We imagine that you have a relevant educational background on master’s level and extensive experience from strategic brand marketing in a global matrix organization with a significant focus on B2B. Your preferred method is characterized by a customer and insights-based approach to marketing, with a focus on driving market impact. You have outstanding know-how of the entire marketing mix and highly experienced in multi-channel content creation.
We would also like for the right candidate to possess a comprehensive and proven project management toolbox and the ability to maneuver across our complex matrix organization and build professional relationships and approach your stakeholders with openness and curiosity.
As a person, you thrive to be outgoing and part of a passionate team, while being determined and ready to take your own decisions and prepared to take full ownership of your tasks. You have acquired a solid communication toolbox along the way which enables you to maneuver on all levels in the organization.
Our company language is English, and you can expect about 10-20 business travel days per year.

Furthermore, you can look forward to:
- Ensure that marketing and communication plans are aligned with business and brand strategy
- Ensure that brand strategic projects are founded on solid insights (professionals and users)
- Maintain close contact and collaboration cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and sales companies
- Have an efficient collaboration with the Global Marketing team, as well as our external advertising agencies to deliver holistic brand solutions across all customer journey touch points
- Act as brand champion internally and externally, ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions
- Measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results
- Keep up to date with the competitor landscape and market trends and use to inform on brand strategic projects
- Project Management of specific Oticon brand projects
