As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing the rewards practices in Demant. Leveraging your solid experience within Rewards you will ensure an attractive offering to our employees, enabling Demant to attract and retain key talent.
Your responsibilities include:
• Supporting senior management on rewards related matters.
• Ensuring Demant is ready for the new EU Pay Transparency directive with established processes and tools.
• Managing stock plans.
• Conducting position evaluation.
• Implementing a job architecture in Denmark and Poland.
• Reviewing and optimizing current rewards programs and policies. Ensuring Demant is offering an attractive package.
• Preparing package proposals, benchmarks and analysis.
Who are you?
You have solid experience in implementing a job architecture using your extensive ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. If you are familiar with Mercer IPE and experienced in working together with senior management in a global company, that will be favorable.
Your well-developed analytical and communication skills are a great asset to you, when analyzing complex data and transforming it into easy-to-understand actionable recommendations.
You like to work in a team where everyone takes pride in helping each other succeed and have fun both on and off work.
