As the Senior Consumer Success Manager, you will steer a creative team of three Consumer Success Specialists responsible for consumer interaction and engagement, providing support across all our platforms, including apps, websites, and local support centers. Your strategic direction is pivotal and will ensure a seamless and clear service experience that anticipates user needs before they arise.
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team committed to setting the standard in consumer care. You will report to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing and be a part of our innovative team.
The position is based at our Head Office in Smørum, Denmark, and we offer flexible work-from-home options, up to two days per week.
We value creativity and encourage our team to bring fresh ideas to the table. In this role you will engage with stakeholders across the organization, from product development to marketing, to ensure alignment of goals and tactics related to consumer experience.

We are looking for an experienced profile, demonstrating leadership and consumer-centricity. Your leadership style should reflect our values of transparency, innovation, and proactive engagement. Ideally, you have a solid digital experience, understanding and interest in product apps and AI.

Strategic Influence and Engagement
We value creativity and encourage our team to bring fresh ideas to the table. In this role you will engage with stakeholders across the organization, from product development to marketing, to ensure alignment of goals and tactics related to consumer experience.
Some of your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Oversee global consumer success processes, ensuring integration of AI and real-time feedback to elevate consumer interactions.
- Head up a skilled team of three Consumer Success professionals and two student assistants, encourages a work environment of innovation and effective outcomes.
- Represent all Demant brands and Royal Philips (as William Demant brand licensee) directly to consumers, ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience.
- Develop and implement innovative consumer support frameworks, setting industry standards for excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Royal Philips and marketing, support, and product teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance consumer satisfaction through strategic initiatives and real-time feedback mechanisms.

We are looking for an experienced profile, demonstrating leadership and consumer-centricity. Your leadership style should reflect our values of transparency, innovation, and proactive engagement. Ideally, you have a solid digital experience, understanding and interest in product apps and AI.
You will be empowered to make significant contributions while receiving support to grow and expand your capabilities.
Other qualifications include that you have:
- an advanced degree, though your experience is equally interesting for us.
- great communication and interpersonal skills.
- fluent in English (both written and spoken).
