Management Assistant
We are looking for a skilled and engaged colleague to take up a 15-month maternity cover as Management Assistant in Trial Operations, Obesity & Metabolism, where you will also be supporting the VP of the area. About the department
Trial Operations Obesity & Metabolism is responsible for the set-up and execution of phase 2-4 trials within the Obesity and NASH development portfolios. We are an area of approx. 50 enthusiastic colleagues in positions such as Directors, Line of Business Assistants, Trial Managers, Clinical Trial Administrators, Trial Project Managers and Trial Start-up Managers.

The job
You will act as Management Assistant for two Directors in Trial Operations and be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including primarily budget preparation and follow-up, but also meeting and calendar management, travel arrangements, handling of HR processes, planning department meetings and seminars, taking meeting minutes, preparing presentations and the ongoing maintenance of the department documentation in compliance with Novo Nordisk standards.

You will also support the VP in different aspects of the daily work incl. budget preparation and follow-up, travel arrangements, expense settlements, resource management, people administration and the yearly organisational review.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has an administrative background and/or a bachelor’s degree and possess an in-depth knowledge of internal procedures and IT systems as well as administrative processes.
You can work independently, have a proactive approach to the job and master excellent coordination skills with flair for numbers and budgets. In addition, you are structured, quality-conscious and have an eye for details. You are reliable, service-minded and able to manage several tasks simultaneously. Finally, you must have excellent command of written and spoken English.
