We cover all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation or divestment of assets, and we work with Power-to-X. Welcome to Business Finance
Business Finance is a growing team reporting to the CFO, currently consisting of a Senior Business Finance Manager and you - our new colleague. The purpose of the team is to link our financially guided measures to the market (EBITDA and profit), directly to the concrete performance in the core of our business. Business Finance prepares performance targets and guides the management with assessments and reporting to create the basis for better, data-driven decisions.
Our business is growing, and so is the need for understanding how the decisions we make impact our financial performance. We are looking for you who are excited about preparing and communicating high-quality assessments and reporting to our management to be better informed on how to move forward.
Responsibilities
· Develop and follow up on budgets and KPI’s to Group, countries and departments
· Diligently assess operational performance and impact on guided measures through our new budget model
· Supporting strategic decisions with finance perspectives
· Ad hoc assessments of high-impact topics
· Ongoing support to the business and the rest of Finance to improve our ability to deliver on key strategic targets
Your profile
· You have a financial background
· You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
· You have solid English skills
· You are comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
· You are solid communicator, both visual and in writing
· You have solid stakeholder management skills
As a person you are good with numbers and good with people. You are early in your career and have a motivation to learn. You have a methodical mindset, and a genuine understanding of what improves value and to make the financial results relevant and useful for the end-user. With your structured approach to problems you can create precise analysis from large amounts of complex and incoherent data. Further, you are a collaborator and enjoy to have fun at work.
