Student Assistant, HR Analytics

We cover all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and in some cases divestment of assets as well as power-to-X. Our company of +400 employees has since 2004 installed more than 2.0 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 30 different nationalities at our HQ in Copenhagen and our offices in 16 other locations, primarily in Europe. As our new Student Assistant in HR Reporting you will be assisting our ambitious HR team with collecting, complying and analyzing HR data, metrics and statistics from a variety of sources including the human resource information system. You will be involved in assisting with providing support for preparation of annual cycles such as salary review, performance management etc. The HR team consists of 10 full-time employees and 2 student assistants and works with a wide range of tasks, including employee data, recruiting, leadership training, onboarding, employer branding and engagement surveys.

Main responsibilities
- Prepare recurring reports for the HR team and other departments across the organization
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests
- Implement early warning systems in reports to catch unhealthy trends in the organization
- Participate in optimizing and digitalizing our administrative processes
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks that are critical in ensuring smooth operations, including entering and updating employee master data, archiving, and organizing employee related data in our various information systems
Your profile
- Preferably are a bachelor’s student in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any similar program
- Have strong analytical skills (e.g., VLOOKUP and Conditional Formatting functions in MS Excel)
- Have strong communications skills (MS PowerPoint), problem solving skills and data-driven mindset
- Have an eye for details and ability to follow through on tasks
- Have a high level of accountability and service mindedness
- Able to work independently while also supporting the team when needed
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
