Do you want to drive strategic market intelligence and act as a market strategy business partner? Do you have a commercial mindset and experience with market research and data analysis? If yes, then this position might be of interest for you!
In this new established Commercial Insights & Strategy department, you will play a pivotal role in driving data driven decision making and providing insights that contribute to the strategic commercial road map.
As our new Commercial & Market Insights Strategist, you will work closely with our business areas to support commercial activities, optimize BD efforts, and refine product roadmaps and offerings by insights derived from research and data analysis.
Join a new established team dedicated to customer and market intelligence
You will be joining a new established team dedicated to customer and market intelligence and your role will be to drive a strategic market intelligence effort through structured customer, market, and competitor monitoring, and by doing so enabling enhanced commercial strategies, customer centric product development, and supporting marketing initiatives with data and insights.
You and your colleagues will collaborate closely with each business area as dedicated partners to ensure effective information exchange.
As our new Strategist you will act as a market strategy business partner and share best-practice intelligence and information across business areas to improve commercial decision making.

You will be joining a new established team dedicated to customer and market intelligence and your role will be to drive a strategic market intelligence effort through structured customer, market, and competitor monitoring, and by doing so enabling enhanced commercial strategies, customer centric product development, and supporting marketing initiatives with data and insights.
You and your colleagues will collaborate closely with each business area as dedicated partners to ensure effective information exchange.
As our new Strategist you will act as a market strategy business partner and share best-practice intelligence and information across business areas to improve commercial decision making.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the segment/vertical specific commercial portfolio with focus on issues ranging from organic growth, go-to-market strategies, customer experience, customer journeys, as well as strategy assessments based on research findings.
- Maintain a broad understanding of segment/vertical specific products/solutions, identify market gaps and unmet needs, and hereunder identify addressable markets.
- Formulate and develop effective data collection strategies on existing and potential customers, product trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Perform continuous competitor monitoring / analyses, assess findings, compile insights, and generate recommendations to market/segment opportunities and activities.

- Business acumen and strong conceptual thinking with the ability to convert data, intel, and insights into strategy and measurable actions and deliverables.
- Prior experience with market research, data analysis, and relevant functional experience (Defense, Commercial, Sales, Strategy related tasks).
- Master level degree or similar.
As a person, you are:
- Enthusiastic about business and technologies and with a keen interest and curiosity for strategy, business development, markets, and customers.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with others and effectively deal with multiple priorities.
- Quality conscious, with a structured work approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying insights and recommendations.
