As User Insights Lead, you will play a vital role in developing our internally built digital health solutions within therapy areas such as obesity, diabetes, growth disorders, etc. with research conducted with both patients and healthcare professionals. Your primary tasks will be: Driving continuous product discovery and feedback Conducting qualitative, mixed methods and user experience research (both face-to-face and online) and tests of pretotype / prototype / products Facilitating co-creation activities Analysing and reporting, presenting and communicating research findings to internal and external stakeholders Providing support to UX’ers, designers, and product owners to incorporate findings into product development Adding to the collective knowledge repository in NN in collaboration with researcher colleagues Ensuring all research is conducted in an ethical and compliant manner Communication with internal stakeholders is critically important for business success as the projects and activities in the department must be defined and guided by close collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Therefore, it is important that you can contribute adequate and timely information to stakeholders on developments and decisions; and build professional and social relationships across the organisation to the benefit of the work being performed in the teams. You will have a high degree of business impact and adaptability will be required to maximize the outcome of the conducted research. You can expect 10-25 travel days per year. What we scout for To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have most of the following: Master’s degree or higher in a social science field such as anthropology, ethnology, sociology, behavioural psychology, techno anthropology, or any similar field +7 years of experience and a solid understanding of applied qualitative research and/or user experience research (UX) Proven track record in collecting, analysing, and translating user insights into actionable recommendations. Preferably, worked with the development of digital health products or created early insights that can be used to develop digital health product strategies. Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with health as a research theme: In the pharmaceutical- and/or health industry/sector and/or public innovation and/or consultancy. On a personal level, we are looking for someone who is both able to collaborate well in teams yet also self-driven and able to drive research projects and stakeholder management independently.
