Global Training Administrator Are you passionate about providing high quality support and guidance? The position In this position you will deliver professional first line support to our customers globally, ensuring stability and quality in our training administration processes and tools by performing e.g. support line of business, Go-Look-See, root- cause analysis and data analysis. And you will drive optimization projects that provide line of business with a simple and easy setup in how to handle their training administration. This position can be based both in Copenhagen or in Kalundborg. Your main tasks will include: Support an increasingly agile workforce and to minimize time spend on maintaining training content across Novo Nordisk Identify and implement optimization and standardization opportunities in our support setup for the benefit of our stakeholders Drive optimization and standardization projects in the team and together with our customers Seek inspiration from new technology solutions to deliver the best possible service experience for customers Anchor key knowledge in supported processes and share learnings with relevant stakeholders across the organization You will work closely with line of business and your team members. You will proactively seek for optimization opportunities and make recommendations to project groups as well as participating in meetings with project members and stakeholders. You will be part of a cross-functional team and work closely with our colleagues in Novo Nordisk Global Business Support in Bangalore, India. In this position you will primarily work from our location. Qualifications To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate: Has a natural interest and understanding of the training administration process and the flow for training and document management. Has a bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or sufficient experience within training administration from the pharmaceutical industry Is familiar with GMP requirements, ideally for the training process Has a couple of years of experience working in an international and ideally a pharmaceutical company Has flair for and a natural interest in IT systems (we use LMS system) Is fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written As a person, you are service and team oriented, innovative, systematic and data driven. You demonstrate high energy and an eagerness to independently drive initiatives and projects. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will allow you to work efficiently with global stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Last but not least, you are pragmatic and curious with the ability to make independent decisions whenever it is needed About the Department You will join the business area Training & Capability Building which is a part of Global People and Organization. You will become part of a department which is overall responsible for delivering standardized and automated training administration across Novo Nordisk. We are looking for a new colleague to the team to meet the increased need for a more globalized, standardized and automated training administration in Novo Nordisk.
