We are looking for instructors for weekly tutorials in the course “Organization with Philosophy of Science” taught at Bachelor level in Sønderborg.
As an applicant, it would be an advantage to know the subject and the literature - and to have previously passed the course. It is also advantageous to have a good knowledge of English (all literature is in English and teaching takes place in English) and to have some preliminary pedagogical skills.
Each tutorial (around 30 students) will include 30 confrontation hours 15 weeks with 2 hours) and preparation. The preparation factor is 2.5 – i.e. 1.5 hour preparation for each hour's instruction. The factor is 1.75 if the same instructor teaches more than one tutorial. As an applicant, please indicate how many tutorials you wish to take.
As a new instructor, you will be offered an introduction course together with other new student teachers (typically a the end of August/beginning of September).

As a new instructor, you will be offered to attend an introduction course together with other new student teachers (typically a the end of August/beginning of September).
Please note, the selected candidate as Student Assistant or Academic Supervisor must be enrolled as student at SDU. Employment shall take place in accordance with the framework agreement between The Danish Ministry of Taxation and SUL (National Union for Student Teachers in Government Service). Application must include cover letter, CV and transcript of grades. All documents in connection with the application should not contain CPR number (civil registration number) – in that case, the CPR number must be crossed out. All attached files must be in Adobe PDF format. Cover letter and CV can contain max. 5 Mb. We recommend that you read how to apply before you apply. The University wishes our staff to reflect the diversity of society and thus welcomes applications from all qualified candidates regardless of personal background.
