We are looking for a new colleague that will be the Global Digital Trainer to drive the upskilling and change management required for the digital transformation of both the Sales, Marketing and Medical functions in both global, regional and local teams.
Overall aim of the position: ensure all relevant commercial and medical people are sufficiently trained to adopt new digital channels to engage with external stakeholders.
The job
The Global Digital Trainer will be responsible to define a digital transformation and change management journey to support the adoption of the digital channels (e.g. CRM, Marketing Automation, Website)
The Global Digital Trainer provides strong expertise and program leadership required for the development and implementation of global training and educational projects. This position requires extensive learning development, learning and instructional design and program management skills as well as the ability to work with senior stakeholders to establish strategy for training and educational programs.

We expect you hold Administration/office management Degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally from HR and/or training team in addition to:

Global Commercial Operations – your new department
The role is in Global Commercial Affairs & Excellence and will report to Head of Commercial Operations which is part of Global Commercial Affairs and Excellence. This position leaves you with a large group of stakeholders from all over the entire organization, and in particular the Global Tralokinumab Launch Team and related workstreams.
Travel: 5% - 10%

The Global Digital Trainer provides strong expertise and program leadership required for the development and implementation of global training and educational projects. This position requires extensive learning development, learning and instructional design and program management skills as well as the ability to work with senior stakeholders to establish strategy for training and educational programs.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Design and develop engaging learning materials including videos, software simulations, games, and quizzes using Rise and Storyline designed to build behaviour change and learning transfer
- Monitor the level of engagement with e-learning courses
- Work closely with Global Training Manager you will help research, storyboard, design and deploy eLearning and various other digital learning experiences in line with business needs and objectives.
- Design, scope and build learning solutions using a range of digital learning tools.
- Ensure digital learning assets are embedded into blended learning approach.
- Research the latest technology / approaches and trends.
- Work with external providers to offer varied digital learning content
- Define success measures to evaluate digital learning effectiveness and return on investment
- Manage essential training framework to ensure all digital learning assets are up to date and reviewed on a regular basis
Your qualifications
We expect you hold Administration/office management Degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally from HR and/or training team in addition to:
- Experience with Digital Transformation program
- Mastery in English, written and spoken
- Global or regional experience is a plus
