IAM Senior Specialist in PING to TDC NET – Copenhagen or Aarhus
TDC NET is ambitious about safeguarding their business and critical infrastructure, and to ensure this, they invest heavily in building new frameworks and solutions. At the same time, TDC NET is in the middle of transforming their business processes and technologies that will be guiding for new ways of working and a customer-centric approach.
As part of the transformation, TDC NET has established an independent unit for Identity & Access Management (IAM) that will comprise eight experienced profiles in technologies such as PING, PAM, and Omada that collaborate with a number of external consultants.
In this newly established role as IAM Senior Specialist in PING, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality in the continuous development and configuration of the PING technical solution. You will report to the Head of IAM and work out of TDC NET’s headquarter in Copenhagen or the Aarhus location. Please note, we are open for international profiles willing to relocate to Denmark.
About the job
As PING Senior Specialist your responsibilities will cover various tasks, all related to the PING technical solution that supports TDC NET’s business operations. In other words, you will direct the technical solution and ensure integration with the infrastructure and alignment with TDC NET standards. Key tasks will be close interaction with the stakeholders, balancing their needs with what is technically possible and most secure, and development and configuration of the solution. Essentially, together with your colleagues, you will be an important part of building a State-of-the-Art IAM platform.
Specifically, your tasks will cover:
As Senior Specialist, you are offered a role with room and trust to decide and implement, and where your expertise is sought-after and considered important and critical to TDC NET’s safe infrastructure operations.
About you
You are excited about transformation and change, and this you combine with more than 5 years’ software development experience in Java that is used in customized solutions, and HTML/CSS that is used in customized login forms. Furthermore, and in general, you are very knowledgeable about Access Management solutions. Regarding your experience with PING, we imagine one of two scenarios:
To reach your goals, you are structured, analytical, and process-oriented, where you easily oversee and break-down complexities. You are independent and self-motivating, where you can set your own milestones and organize your deadlines. Towards your stakeholders, you tailor your communication and understand and address their needs to ensure that they get the right solutions.

- Participation in Scrum ceremonies, and where you will represent your technical solution.
- Scoping and defining technical solutions together with the Product Owner and other stakeholders.
- Dialogue with Lead Architect and Product Owner to ensure alignment with the overall roadmap for IAM.
- Hands-on development and configuration of and onboarding applications to the technical solution.
- Setting the quality standards for the technical solution.

- Experience in PING (Federate, ID, Access) that offers SAML and OAuth/OIDC solutions.
- Alternatively, development experience in Okta or other related technologies, e.g., CA/Broadcom Siteminder or Oracle Access, combined with development in SAML and OAuth/OIDC solutions.
