Commercial Analyst to Viatris
We are looking for you, who are still on a learning curve, when it comes to translating large amounts of data to value-adding decisions in the business – and you, who navigate in Excel with great ease and who wants to build your commercial mindset and business acumen. You are offered a role in the pharmaceutical industry, where you via data-driven insights will contribute to setting the right prices, handling tenders, and driving portfolio management.
In the role as Commercial Analyst, you will be part of the Sales & Commercial organization at Viatris and covers the Danish, Norwegian and Icelandic markets, where seven professionals manage Sales and Commercial Development and Support. You will report to the Head of Sales & Commercial, who is located in Denmark in Ballerup, and where you will also be working.
Creation of value-adding business analyses and decision support
As Commercial Analyst, you will be a backbone and advisor about data-driven insights to the Commercial team and management. Your activities cover broadly, and where you will be involved in retail tenders and tender submissions, calculation of prices, product portfolio management, contact to local agents as well as touching upon supply chain related matters. A key word across all tasks is Data, which Viatris seeks to build business decisions and actions upon. In your data management, you will dive deep in analyses of competitors, pricing, market dynamics and much more. You will also lead ongoing reviews of business processes and development of optimization strategies.
Experience with data intelligence from a commercial context
To succeed, we trust that you combine your academic credentials in Finance or Business Administration with working experience as e.g., a Business Analyst in a commercial team or as Pricing Analyst. Key words can be business analyses and portfolio management.
You are a superuser in MS Excel and with a flair for working with and analyzing large amounts of data. Furthermore, you can translate data into presentations and as a support to business decisions.
As a person, you are honest, transparent, and actively seek collaboration and knowledge. In your work, you are analytical, data driven and rational, as well as being proactive and able to work independently. In your work, you take an ambitious and result oriented approach, where you make your personal mark using a clear communication. When you are faced with challenges and obstacles, you manage these with high spirit and flexibility. You communicate fluently in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
