Are you ready to build and set direction for TTI Nordic’s car fleet in a newly created position? Do you want to establish standards and best practices for the car fleet of more than 300 cars? Will you use your expertise to implement strategic solutions and establish processes that enhance collaboration with fleet operators and internal stakeholders?
Techtronic Industries Nordic (TTI Nordic) is a well-consolidated, international cooperation that markets and sells various power tools, machines, and accessories under the market-leading brands Ryobi®, AEG®, and MILWAUKEE®. TTI Nordic seeks a dedicated Nordic Car Fleet Manager with a dynamic and visionary approach to streamlining and optimizing their vehicle fleet and processes in the Nordic and Baltic regions. As the Nordic Car Fleet Manager, you will be based in the Nordic HQ in Hvidovre, near Copenhagen, and report to the Nordic Finance Director.
You have a passion for developing practical solutions and the ability to take on an innovative essential part, driving and setting the direction for TTI Nordic’s vehicle fleet in line with standards and best practices. Ideally, you have fleet administration experience, preferably in the Danish or Swedish market. You enjoy the challenge of expanding knowledge within the profession, covering Norway, Finland, and the Baltics. Proficiency in English is required for the role, and some knowledge of any Nordic languages will be preferable.
The oversight of vehicle responsibilities has traditionally resided within the individual sales organizations of each oversight of vehicle responsibilities has traditionally resided within the individual sales organizations of each country. This strategic initiative involves continuously optimizing processes across the Nordic region and a commitment to exploring environmentally sustainable practices.
As the driving force behind this transformation, you will centralize and leave your imprint on every aspect of the process. You will collaborate closely with the car fleet operator; this task is currently shared with the Sales Managers and Sales Directors, who eagerly anticipate your valuable contribution.
Ideally, you bring experience in leasing, procurement, or maintenance, and your passion for collaboration extends to internal and external stakeholders. This includes TTI Nordic’s esteemed partners, ALD and LeasePlan, and internal Sales, Finance, and Payroll collaborators.
TTI Nordic issearching for a collaborative team member capable of conducting a thorough needs analysis to address various car-related requirements within our sales organization. This includes determining optimal car arrangements tailored to the products, facilitating preparations for seasonal changes, onboarding new colleagues, overseeing maintenance, ensuring health and safety compliance, and assisting in updating and maintaining policies and procedures.
While hands-on involvement in all these aspects is not expected, TTI Nordic anticipates that you will provide a comprehensive overview for planning and timing execution. - You have approx. 5 years of experience in a similar strategic procurement, leasing, or maintenance role.
- You are self-driven and enjoy working as part of a team and are pragmatic with a respectful and humble approach.
- You like collaborating and creating excellent service by taking calls and contacting stakeholders.
- You like doing negotiations, are an effective communicator and collaborator and respect others’ perspectives.
- You are skilled at conveying information accurately and persuasively. And you are good at gathering the strings and designing the structure.
- We also believe you love cars and have considerable insight into vehicles, as many of your stakeholders are “car people”.
- You have solid numerical and data skills, especially in Excel. And are fluent in English and speak one of the Nordic languages. You hold a Bachelor’s/HD or master’s degree.
