Job Description
Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? We are looking for a talented Financial Business Partner to support Commercial Operations Denmark.
As Financial Business Partner you will join our Danish Finance team and will work closely together with our Business Unit Heads and their commercial organizations. You will establish and maintain close connections to the Takeda Business Solutions in Poland as well as our headquarters in Zürich and Japan. You will report to Head of Finance Denmark.
Your accountabilities:
- Business Partner to our Business Unit Heads, including maintaining and producing a relevant reporting package.
- Responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, ad hoc analyzes and business cases
- Month-end preparations and reports to our headquarter
- Be a key contact to our Shared Service Center in Poland
- Monitor input to our self-assessment tool to ensure internal compliance with policies
- Drive the local transfer pricing process in cooperation with global Transfer Pricing colleagues
- Ensure the cost center structure is in-line with the reporting requirements
- Support local organization with invoice management and master data management
- Support during Internal and External audits
- Support preparations for statutory financial statements
- Ad hoc tasks and requests
What you should bring:
- Master degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- 3-5 years’ experience, for instance from an audit company
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Ability and interest of the business dynamics behind the numbers
- Good in communication and have a structured way of working
- Can perform in ambiguous situations, handles stress and pressure well.
- Teamwork – ability to foster good working relations and collaboration
- Ability to work independently
- Strong IT skills, especially with excel and PowerPoint
- SAP Experience and/or knowledge of working with data cubes is an advantage
- Language requirements: fluent in Danish and English
