As Assistant Merchandiser, you will support the Product Merchandising team in managing the collections from pre-season planning to launch and post-launch analysis. Key responsibilities of the role are to own our product information sharing and to manage dedicated elements of our seasonal assortment planning process.
As part of this, you will:
- Support the Product Merchandising team to develop and communicate a comprehensive assortment that supports financial goals
- Take ownership of maintaining and updating all collection related systems and tools
- Analyse historical data and current trends, help identifying future risks and opportunities at the collection and category level
- Ensure team calendar deadlines are met in order to deliver product or information on a timely basis
- Support presentation of assortments to cluster partners in order to achieve targeted financial goals

We hope to see that you have a commercial mindset, strong sense for structure & accuracy and that your work style is analytical and fact based. You are able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers and cross-functional teams and you are flexible and able to organise as well as prioritise workload to meet deadlines. We further believe that professionals with the following skills and experience are well-suited:
- A degree within Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising or similar
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
