As the business keeps growing, Trackman is looking for an additional Project Manager to lead our hardware projects from idea generation to sales. Being a Project Manager requires you to work closely together with several senior stakeholders in a very dynamic environment – driven by our passion for the product, the customer, and sports. Your workplace will be at our headquarter in Vedbæk.
You will work closely with our mechanical, RF, PSU, DHW development teams, software development teams, testing teams, and production. You will be reporting to the CTO, and you will provide progress to the steering committee and senior management.

You will work closely with our mechanical, RF, PSU, DHW development teams, software development teams, testing teams, and production. You will be reporting to the CTO, and you will provide progress to the steering committee and senior management.
Your key responsibilities are
- Make sure the project is governed according to the Trackman Project Execution Model.
- Prepare steering group presentations together with the Product Owner to ensure progress and timely decision making.
- Lead the Project Group together with the Product Owner
- Takes ownership of the project plan and the project deliveries
- Developing the project plan based on estimates of scope, time, and cost (resource) requirements
- Ensure thorough frontloading of the project and sprints by ensuring detailed product specifications and work breakdown are done together with the team
- Request allocation of resources through the management and escalate priorities accordingly
- Driving the product development through milestone planning, including coordination with other teams
- Plan and execute needed certification and approvals together with the Certification Manager
- Handling team-building and internal communication with the project team
- Proactively discuss business risks and opportunities with Product Owner
- Managing risk through mitigation and contingency plans
