Fertin Pharma A/S is looking for a competent and dedicated Regulatory Associate who will be involved in supporting the expansion of our product portfolio. You will become part of the non-pharmaceutical R&D group ChewTech, which plays an important role in Fertin Pharma’s strategy about launching further delivery systems within Foods (incl. Food supplements and enriched foods), Cannabinoids and Nicotine Containing Products.

As Regulatory Associate, your focus area is to monitor and distribute information in relation to the regulatory landscape primarily in EU/US and dietary supplement in US.


Job description:


  • You are responsible for monitoring and disseminating the food legislation in Europe
  • You are responsible for monitoring the food and dietary supplements in US. Ad hoc assessment in other regions might occur
  • You have a close collaboration with colleagues in R&D, Business Development and Sales
  • You engage cross functional and ensure that relevant colleagues are updated on the above
  • You will engage in small and larger projects
  • You will perform regulatory and label assessments on New Product Developments
  • You will perform regulatory assistance on specific requests from colleagues and customers.

Your background and personal profile:


  • You have minimum 2 years practical experience with regulatory work
  • You have experience within the food and/or food supplement industry
  • You have business understanding
  • You see challenges and not problems
  • You have a natural drive and a positive attitude
  • You work independently and enjoy being a part of a busy work environment
  • You are an extroverted person who is proactive both internally in the organization and towards external collaborators
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
