Are you a hard-working and dedicated mechanical technician or engineer? And do you know how to motivate and share know-how and energy? Then you might be the new QHSE Manager that POULSEN seek for our client, an expansive machine company close to Esbjerg.
Quality-focused & well-founded
As a QHSE Manager you have a natural, proactive approach to establishment and maintenance of all internal quality systems - from the mapping of processes to document controlling and quality auditing in machine quality standards. You have a profound relevant background within the machine industry and know how to turn your knowledge into efficient solutions without compromising on environmental standards - and when and how to launch future-oriented initiatives. Your IT-skills may include SharePoint, Navision and Office 365 and you communicate effectively in English - in writing as well as speech.
Involving & motivating
You understand the importance of involving and motivating your colleagues and co-workers by communicating positively and clearly - and a positive and open personality grants you natural respect that enables you not only to be successful in your role as a QHSE Manager - but also to maintain and nurture a positive and energy-driven working environment. You have a natural interest in health, safety, well-being and job-satisfaction and engages naturally as a member of the internal safety group.
