From 1 October 2021 to 1 February 2023 we need a temporary Management Assistant to join our Management Support department as one of our colleagues will be on maternity leave.
You will collaborate closely with a Director as well as the management support team. You will ensure that the managers use their time efficiently and focus on overall priorities and business processes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: As a Management Assistant you know what it takes to successfully communicate, plan, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. Main tasks will be:

- providing daily support to the managers e.g. budget activities, recruitment and onboarding of new employees, calendar management, correspondence, HR related tasks, workshops and system approvals etc.
- leading manager meetings as well as preparing and following up on agenda, presentations, minutes of meeting and actions.
- being responsible for coordinating activities and events within the Director area and ensure that all administrative activities are maintained within deadline.
- coordinating and supporting internal communication between managers and department employees etc.
Your profile

Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience from a similar position.
- Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
- Familiar with the MS Office package and curios about getting to know other systems and tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
