ou will be employed in NNE’s Project Controls department, which is responsible for controlling NNE´s largest execution projects. We belong to Sales & Project Execution, and we work closely with many stakeholders in the organization. We are a dedicated team of 15 Senior and Project Controllers in Denmark, along with 3 Project Controllers in India, responsible for controlling the largest projects ever executed by NNE. The team is divided between three locations: Copenhagen, Kalundborg and India. We are currently Manager Anja Dandanell Johansenon a journey to expand our Project Controls team in India. As NNE's Project Controls Team Coordinator for Worksharing and Lean Project Controls, you' will act as close sparring partner for the Danish manager. You will be in charge of the daily contact with the Indian project team, and on a daily basis your tasks will include
It is also expected that you will be able to step into the role of Project controller to have hands-on with the tasks that need to be workshared or optimized. There will typically be projects in the size 1-100 mdkk in engineering fee. The tasks will consist of, among others:
You can initially expect some travel activity to India in relation to building and developing the team. You will be employed out of our HQ in Virum, but may, on occasion, be required to work on project site (typically around the Copenhagen or Kalundborg areas)

How you might spend your days
As NNE's Project Controls Team Coordinator for Worksharing and Lean Project Controls, you' will act as close sparring partner for the Danish manager. You will be in charge of the daily contact with the Indian project team, and on a daily basis your tasks will include
- Delegation and training in project control tasks
- Ensure proper load of resources
- Having perspective in terms of future staffing needs
- Ensuring proper competencies and development Communication between the DK and IN team
- Seeing and challenging the potential of optimization in current tasks
- Being a sparring partner for DK-Manager on other strategic and managerial tasks
It is also expected that you will be able to step into the role of Project controller to have hands-on with the tasks that need to be workshared or optimized. There will typically be projects in the size 1-100 mdkk in engineering fee. The tasks will consist of, among others:
- Project Performance Reporting - internally and externally
- Burn rate reports
- Update of forecast
- Evaluation of Profit & Loss
You can initially expect some travel activity to India in relation to building and developing the team. You will be employed out of our HQ in Virum, but may, on occasion, be required to work on project site (typically around the Copenhagen or Kalundborg areas)

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- 2-3 years of management experience - preferably distance management Graduated from CBS in Economics or equivalent bachelor's background
- Strong in the use of digital platforms
- Knowledge of PIMS, NAV and SAP and it is expected that you here easily get acquainted with new systems
- You are strong in Excel and you can code and structure data in a convincing way
- Knowledge of Power BI, Query
