How you might spend your days
As our Space Management Department Manager, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you'll be:
- heading up a team of 9 passionate space managers and BIM leads with different disciplinary backgrounds.
- managing the team
- leading staff projects according to project demand
- developing and implementing digital strategies to further enhance the way we work in projects
- supporting the strong cooperation with our colleagues in Bangalore, India
- working in close cooperation with the Management Team in Digital Modelling
- staying on top of future technological trends within BIM 360, Revit, Autodesk etc.
- supporting the competence development of the employees in the department

- have strong inter-personal skills and the ability to bring people together around a common purpose
- are result-oriented, have a well-structured work approach and have focus on people development

- have excellent customer understanding, and an ability to build up professional networks
The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- 2+ years of experience in people management e.g. as line manager or project manager
- 10+ years of experience within cross disciplinary coordination
- It is an advantage to have knowledge of process and installation disciplines
- Knowledge about BIM tools (Revit, BIM 360, Autodesk products etc.)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP and GEP)
