Our Fill Finish Automation team works with SCADA and PLC solutions for our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently we see a shift in technology as data is becoming more and more important. We therefore work with cutting edge technologies enabling access to data on the future OT/IT platforms.
Novo Nordisk is investing 18 BN DKK in establishing four new manufacturing facilities and expanding three existing facilities at their manufacturing site in Kalundborg. nne is the engineering partner on several of these major projects and plays an essential role in establishing the new facilities. These will include state-of-the-art production technologies bridged with Novo Nordisk’s more than 50 years of experience in biomanufacturing. How you might spend your days
As an Automation Engineer, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll be:
- doing consultancy, design, development, implementation and validation of Automation solutions for the Pharma and Biotech industries
- working in projects and be part of our solutions based on a deep understanding of our customers’ production processes – and if standard components can’t do the job, we can develop our own
- Part of mastering a broad range of process areas within Fill Finish production e.g., complex filling lines, wash & sterilization, packaging, utility and cleaning systems
- participating in some of our many new exciting projects where we will implement new Industry 4.0 based solutions

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Engineer, technician, computer scientist or similar degree with 0-5 years of experience
- Knowledge in automation and SCADA/PLC systems
- Experience with some of the following control systems: iFix/iHistorian/iBatch, Ignition, PLC’s (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements GMP and GAMP in connection with pharmaceutical production is preferable.
