You will join our Project Management area consisting of approximately 100 highly skilled project employees – hereof app. 35 construction-, commissioning and HSE managers.

As a student we are sure that you add value in even more integration of our IT tools. Construction sites are getting more and more digitalized to increase quality and predictability when executing the projects.
We are using Revit, Plant 3D, NAVIS Works, MS Project, Primavera to mention some of the mayor databases we are using.
Do you have knowledge or interest in 4D/ 5D IT tools we would be happy to hear from you also. In winter and summer breaks we are doing planned shutdowns on running facilities. This is a great opportunity to be part of a shutdown and you learn how important good planning and coordination is on a tight schedule.

In the department for Construction, and HSE Management you will meet project managers, time planners, procurement managers, constructors, engineers, con-tractors etc.
You will primary be based on of our sites in Copenhagen or Kalundborg but you will also have the opportunity to support our design teams so that you can see and experience different phases of our projects.
For this task, we are looking for a Construction Manager Student who is curious, has an eye for detail, and goes with a burning desire to try his hand at one of our Construction Sites. You will experience how we make use of Revit, BIM, and other engineering databases.
Our official corporate language is English, and we have several colleagues who primarily speak English.

How you might spend your days

- learn how we set safety first by demonstration clear leadership in this respect
- adhere to all health, safety and environmental guidelines at all sites to ensure the occupational safety of employees on construction sites as well as to comply with regulatory requirements, secure that AMK (B) role is integrated on site.
- adhere to the strategy in the Construction/ Commissioning areas according to nne overall strategy.
- train in being responsible for the management of site management, construction planning, plan of construction re-sources.
- get to use your stakeholder management skills and take part in building and coordinating customer relationships at local site or business entity.
- help customers in understanding project deliverables and consequently resource/competence requirements.
- ensure project compliance and ensure that the nne quality system, standards and methods, including Our Model, are the basis for execution as applicable.
- learn how to coordinate construction and commissioning works together with our competent construction and commissioning managers.
